I ordered two pair of pants on Feb 2 with expedited delivery as i needed them for a trip. I luve in upstate NY and they ship from Ontario. The next day, I was happy to get a UPS notification that my package would arrive on Wed the 4th. When I didn't, I checked back only to find it was hung up at the border. This went on for a week. No phone number to call. An AI chat bot or wait for a return email. Originally they said they would contact UPS. Fast fwd to next UPS notice and my package would arrive on the 13th but I would owe $82 in duties. I notified American Tall and was told they would take care of it. On the 13th my package arrived and UPS wanted $82. When I explained it was a mistake they returned the package to sender. A few days later I received a notification from American Tall stating my order had been delivered. Still have no pants and no answers. My advice, if you are buying in the US realize they are shipping from Canada and given the geopolitical climate, it seems like a gamble...... Good quality clothes but zero for customer service......
