I bought 3 pair of pants. I returned one and exchanged sizes on the other 2 pair. The acknowledgement for the returns and the refund were quicker than I had expected. The delivery of the 2 exchanged pants was delayed due to the customs/border problem. I was impressed with the correspondence from American Tall to keep me informed. Because I didn't have any reason to get the delivery quickly, I had no issue with how long they took to arrive. Overall I was very impressed and happy with American Tall's performance.
