Rude installers who forged the paperwork on the "sign off" sheet they handed me with my bill, as they were leaving. They ticked everything to say they had gone through it with me, but they went through nothing. Furthermore, they cut through my phone line and didn't even bother to tell me.
I put in a complaint and the manager was supposed to phone me back but, of course, he didn't bother.
Not only will I never touch this company again, I urge you not to.
