we recently moved into a house fitted with Anglian windows. We received a letter advising that as the warranty period was soon coming to an end, we were eligible for an extended warranty, at a cost of course. However, we would need to confirm that there were no defects.
I responded be email that i might be interested but would need the defects remedied.
In return, after some days, i got an invitation to 'chat'.
After accepting the invitation, my first question was why there was no response to my query about the warranty by email.
I received an email to say that 'my ticket had been created' (whatever that means).
I then got an answer to my original email about never getting an answer to emails, suggesting I email the same address that was not receiving my email.
I dont think Ill be bothering with the extended warranty
