Similar situation. Paid a large deposit in March this year for a conservatory. Contract states with planning 20 weeks and still waiting 2 cancelled provisional dates. Now we have a new provisional date of January. All the usual excuses from CHLOE LINGREN NO HELP,AT ALL. Promised she would get DARREN SMITH to ring and MARTIN DEPMSEY both hold senior positions. No interest in the customer at all. Will be 11 months in January don't hold out any hope soon for conservatory. I was told the same. Builder overrun previous job. Or builder not available. Another was could not get materials. Darren smith had already said they have too much work. So it speaks for itself hence the long delays. Have lost all confidence In them and they have my large deposit still. Still mention of returning my deposit though. I was advised by their head office to email their CEO because they are disappointed also that nobody has contacted us by phone regarding the length of the delay for a conservatory installation and Chloe Lingren.
