I’ve been trying to get someone out to look at my installation for MONTHS now since it was fitted. I have condensation on the frame as though it’s not properly insulated and I believe the fitters filled the insulation gaps in the wall as well.
I called on the 27th Oct and had an appointment booked for the 28th Oct.
On the 28th the manager cancelled and set an appointment for the 29th Oct to which he never arrived or contacted me.
I tried to call his mobile on the 30th Oct and then, called Anglian directly on the 1st but couldn’t get through.
I called again on the 10th Nov and got through to someone at Anglian who said they’d get the Torquay manager to call me back. I didn’t get a call.
I then got an unrelated call from someone at Anglian asking how things were going, when I said things were bad he said said he’d text me an email. He then texted me the incorrect email for customer services.
I’m extremely unhappy with the product so far and the so-called aftercare service. I’m being woken up every night by dripping once there’s too much condensation on the frame and my carpet is constantly soaked. I have both vents opens and sometimes even have the windows open, which doesn’t change anything.
Going into the new year with a damaged wall, carpet and crappy windows.
