Had a back door installed last year it took about 4 extra visits to get it to shut properly. Stupidly I then had a front door fitted. 3 months later it bowed and I had to wait a couple more months for a replacement. During that time I couldn’t use it and had to use the back door so that was a fire risk only having one door working . You can’t get hold of the local depo and customer services can’t get them either. So far lost at least a weeks wage with the amount of visits I’ve waited in for. Still haven’t heard anything back from my complaint and still haven’t got a working front door as the lock won’t work properly and it can take 10 mins to get in or out. This is with the new replacement door. Please save yourselves time, pain and money and don’t touch this company with a barge pole. No one bothers to answer emails either.
