Wrong lock fitted. Appointment made.to rectify. No one rang to confirm as I had been advised. On the day by 4.30 no one had called so I rang and was told someone would get back to me. At nearly 5 pm someone rang and said the engineers were over to bring and would not be here. I was told that just because I had been given a date and time frame was not a guarantee that anyone would actually come! Not sure what you would think if I wasn't in when you came and made the same excuse!! I wonder at what point they knew that they were running late and when or if they would have contacted me. The next available date is two weeks away. I have been told I will be first on the list but I'm not holding my breath!
