We needed a door replaced (still under warranty by Anglian). I reported the issue 3 years ago, finally got a response dec 2022. They keep sending the surveyors to measure the door since then , with no replacement yet as they don’t have qualified surveyors who can get the measurements right!!. The door has been measured 5 times (by different surveyors and they keep getting it wrong)!! They still cannot replace the door and haven’t managed to give a reason. The worst company and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No one in the company knows what they are doing. Do not buy anything from them. They don’t know what they are doing as they can’t get basic measurements right! 5 times and it’s incorrect. I am a pensioner and cannot afford a new door in this climate . I have a tough winter ahead and this has just made it harder
