Called to arrange an appointment for 7pm. I had no more than 3 calls to confirm and also a text message to confirm. Sales manager (possibly Alan Wylie?) did not turn up… Phone call at 8.04pm to say the salesperson did not turn up as their online appointment system was wrong and he had called at the wrong house? I politely tried to ask why it had taken an hour for him to call me to let me know. However, he continued to rudely talk over me. When he asked was it convenient to call tomorrow you can guess what my reply was! I would suggest not calling Anglian unless you have time to spare to sit in and waste and then be disappointed, oh and spoken rudely to by a call that ended with, “Oh well it’s your loss.” Extremely unprofessional company to almost deal with.
