Well over 6,300 people and counting tell the truth about this company and why you should never go near them. Their products are not fit for purpose their fitters are the worst I’ve ever seen and the Customer Service is non-existent. Their warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on and they continually break building regulations. FENSA it seems does nothing about this allowing them to continue to self certificate.
