Just about everything! To start, people just not turning up. I could write a book on the catalog of errors made. My indoor walls destroyed, attitude really bad. My contract had a sill included for a window, the fitter, put the window in, and when asked why wasn’t the sill in, he replied, they didn’t send me the materials! I was promised a discount for all the trouble and damage to my property. I was waiting for a revised bill, then got a call threatening to take me to court for not paying! Absolutely outrageous from start to finish. The product itself is good, everything else a complete shambles and very stressful. My walls are not right inside, but I was so stressed, agreed to pay with a £50 discount, and was told no one had authority to even offer me that! Given the choice I would give no rating for Anglian, and actively advise people not to use them
