Absolutely appalling company! We went with them expecting a first class service and first class product as promised by the sales rep and reflected in the price. We got anything but! Every part of this company failed us; measurements were wrong, installations went wrong, products were faulty and customer service was appalling. After over a year, countless visits, many windows having to be re-fitted, we are left with windows and doors that the latest in a long line of installation managers judged as “I’ve seen better”, but apparently we are still expected to pay the first class price for third rate installation and product.
