AVOID this company at all costs. Very quick to get you to part with money. They failed to register us with FENSA and take no responsibility for this. We are now unable to move without the certificate and have to obtain one at our own expense by taking out "indemnity insurance". Frontline staff refuse to put you through to speak to anyone directly and all communication is via standard emails. Absolutely shocking customer care.
