“With an average lifespan of around 30 years, these doors are durable, look like real wood, and won't easily crack or peel.” As quoted by Anglian online! Ours is peeling after 6 years. We were told when we ordered everything came with 10 years guarantee and when I phoned customer services was told guarantee ( sent 5 months after door was installed only) 5 years for door finish. They told me to send photos and would get back to me, haven’t heard anything in weeks! So buyers beware they cannot be trusted
