The window quality is quite good. But the service on the other hand is terrible. You have to wait 2-3 months to get your stuff installed after you pay. They have overloaded their installers with a lot of work. They don't come at the time you arrange and they do very lousy job because they have to be fast. While changing our window, they cracked the edges of the window. I asked them fix it and offered to provide the paint. They kept saying "we are not painters and decorators" as if they are robot. If a company is charging %40 more than the market I expect them to be professionals. But they are clearly not.
