A representative came to my door to try to get me to have a quote for fascias. He was extremely rude and pushy, and just would not go! Harassment in the extreme. I partially closed the door, and as he left, he said : We'll let it rot then"...I also heard him say it again to the chap with him. My daughter in law said that he wouldn't have dared be so rude if one of my sons had been here...I guess he thought a female pensioner was fair game! I emailed the company's complaints dept, but no response...of course. From what I have read, this seems to be typical of Anglian 's reps. Such rudeness!
