The way that we have been treated is despicable. It took them more than 8 months to change 5 windows (2 triple and 3 double glazed) and they still have not managed to get it right. The first time they came to change the windows was on the 30th of January 2024 and there are still issues that Anglian Improvement cannot get right.
Mark Davenport, the manager lacks basic communication skills, he is patronising to the point that he is almost rude. On the 28th of June 2024, an appointment was booked to change a couple of panels which were replaced in January- the landing window (mark inside) and one of the triple glazed window, which had the wrong pattern. My wife took time off from work, but they did not turn up and did not have the basic courtesy to inform us. We had to contact them. On the 9th of August, they arrived but they forgot to order the panel to the landing window.
We thought that by replacing a double to a triple glazed window, we will less noise. On the contrary, we have more noise and now we also have condensation as soon as the temperature hits below 10 degree Celsius. We were sent a link and told that this is normal.
PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY-THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, BUT THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO BE HELD ACCOUTABLE FOR THEIR SHODDY JOB.
