My 75 year old mother in law was having trouble with her front door so went to Anglian to get a new one fitted. Once agreed we waited 4 months for it to be fitted. Once in the new door was fine but left a mess round the door so wasn’t a great finish. So now it’s been 4-5 months and the lock has gone and we can’t unlock the front door so my mother in law is a prisoner in her own home as the front door is the only way she can get in and out the house and the step at the back is too big. Anglian are saying they can’t come out and fix it. This is disgraceful as my mother in law needs a walker to get around and has appointments at the hospital for cancer check ups that she can’t get out too. I am absolutely disgusted with there lack of compassion for an elderly lady
