Following a visit from a rather arrogant rep, we were pressurised into making a large deposit for work to be done. When we realised that this was a mistake, we immediately cancelled the work (before even seeing their surveyor or having measurements taken etc) but are now having a nightmare trying to get our deposit back. There have been no replies to our emails and no-one has phoned us back after we've left numerous messages. This company are a total disgrace and should not be allowed to treat us like this and sit on our deposit which should be paid straight back.
