I would give this company a negative review. For the last two years I have purchased a very expensive medication from them and my dog has just had to be put to sleep. The Next order was in transit and I quickly got in touch with them to ask them if they could take it back. They gave me a reply and refused giving the excuse veterinary regulations, blah blah blah. I pointed out that it hadn’t even arrived yet and they started waffling on about storage conditions. I wrote to them and said I will never use your company again and did not receive a single syllable of a response. Save yourself heartache and do not use this company because they do not care !
