Same as the rest of the customers and my first experience even though I heard bad reviews but I thought I want to try myself since I really love the dresses. However very disappointed my first experience with them and only received 1 item out of 4 items I have ordered. It is like cheating my money now as though I am buying one item for the price of 4 items!! I got a reply once saying they will refund if I get back and when I got back to them asking for refund till now news!! More than half a year gone... understand that it is difficult situation due to covid but I have made purchase from other countries too and all arrived earlier than expected. Very bad company and yes for those had bad experience with Annah Hariri, please spread around to others so that they wont get cheated like us.
