“NOT A SCAM, just very slow due to covid. I bought something in August and just received in today in October. Initially I thought this was a scam as I read all the other reviews. I used the live chat on Annah’s website and got a reply. She explained that the delays are due to covid. She had to move to a new facility to accommodate social distancing for her workers. During this time I assume they stopped shipping all orders. Thus they have a LOT of backlog when they started again, resulting in delays. I finally received my order and I love it. Thank you!”

“If I could give this company zero Stars I would. I ordered two dresses, totaling $150 Canadian. The quality was actually embarrassing. Something you would find on Shein. Fabric was so cheap. I asked for a refund and returned the dresses. Customer service was okay in the beginning in terms of communication. I was told my refund would be issued 9 to 14 days after I spoke with a representative. I am still waiting for a refund more than 3 months later and communication has completely stopped. Do not buy anything from this website. Terrible customer service. They make their money by ripping off customers. I'm very disappointing”

“We placed an order for Eid items for our families two weeks ago, but it still shows 'shipping soon,' and Eid is only two days away. This feels dishonest. We should not deceive customers who are waiting for their Eid dresses, only for them to find out they won’t receive them before Eid. Additionally, they provided contact numbers in NJ, USA, as well as a WhatsApp number and email, but no one has responded yet. Allah knows best. This is not the way to do business or play with people’s trust. JazakAllah Khair.”

“Scammers took my money but didn't deliver anything. After waiting for 2 months, I requested to cancel my order, which they did. They claimed that my refund would take 9-14 days to process. However, I haven't received anything from them. They provided invalid phone numbers, and when I tried to inquire about my refund status on Facebook, they blocked me. I didn’t receive the order or the refund.”

“Ordered clothes 1.5 months ago . They said they will ship the clothes fast. I got the shipping label but the courier never received the package. Customer service just says soon soon soon. Who waits this long after paying you to get your stuff shipped. I don’t even want this anymore. Oh well, lesson learned. They are now in my DO NOT BUY list: simply pathetic . Close the shop”

“It was so traumatizing and I couldn't talk to no one about it after this investors left me handicapped by taking my 25,00$ stopping me from withdrawal of my hard earned money. “This is the second time I ordered from Annah Hariri in 2024. I should have known better not to order again because the quality is so poor! The photo on the website is completely different from the actual product. I ordered in 2020 and really loved the products back then, but the items I bought this year have really disappointed me. I returned two recent items and wish I returned the items I ordered for Eid al Fitr back in April 2024. I am very disappointed and upset at the quality. Annah Hariri has gone down in quality and I will not be ordering again and will be telling my friends not to order. I even couldn't get a 100 % refund due to your policy and this also upsets me. Please do better.”

“I am so disappointed! All the dresses are so heavy with thick lining that is unbelievable! How can they make summer dresses so heavy and thick? And to make it worse all the dresses are very long. Also sleeves are not long enough to be considered full sleeve. I am trying to return and get the refund but they didn’t send any pre-paid shipping label. There is no email address where I can email the customer service. Tried the number listed but couldn’t get a hold of them. What a scam! I am never buying from annahariri again.”

“I returned my order with my own cost and tow months later still did not reclieve my refund. I call almost every day but no answer. I made over 15 emails but no reply. I guess I have been scammed and I lost my $200. 😢”

“Order was so expensive and didn’t fit well. Clothes were very bulky and long and just a complete disappointment. Then, they only give you 14 days to return & you have to completely pay for the return (no discounted price of shipping), and if you send it after 14 days, they wont accept the return.”

“[7:08 PM] Ariel Schmid I purchased an abaya from this company, and after purchasing it, read the reviews online and was very worried it would be a really bad experience. On the contrary, it was great! I got a shipping confirmation the day after my purchase, it arrived in 10 days, and the quality and material was as described. And yes, the sleeves were sewn on the right way. Felt the need to write this review to counter all of the terrible reviews online.”
