Very disappointed with their unprofessional behaviour. Made a purchase in July 2020 didn't receive it and emailed in September. They responded that there were delays so to covid, do I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I emailed and called again in December 2020, still no response and I finally emailed again, and sent them a message through Instagram and Facebook. Never again.... here is my final message to them: Dear Anna harriri team members I have tried to email and call a several times about an order I did on the 18th of July 2020. I understand last year has been a difficult year, but I would have expected better professionalism. Six months has passed and I still haven't received my order. I will not be ordering from you again. Very disappointing knowing you are such a big company. You should know better than to scam customers.
