My order was since May 2020 which was more than 1 year ago. They have put the order "fulfilled" on the website but nothing had been received. The customer service, Duygu, had also confirmed that no shipment was made to me yet. I don't understand why they have to indicate order "fulfilled"? Are they also cheating the authorities in Turkey? Or cheating their auditors to show that goods had been delivered because money was sent to them??? This is scandalous and outrageous especially since the company had sent out an Islamic image. I am so ashamed as a Muslim.
When I emailed for a refund, I don't receive any reply. If my email asks about the status of my order, I do receive a reply but it does not provide any answer to solve my order. This is so frustrating. If they are overwhelmed due to the pandemic, they should stop taking orders from their website! But orders still continue despite having so many complaints of backlogs/non-delivery. This company even have the guts to take Eid orders. This shows they are not overwhelmed, but just want to cheat as many customers as possible and giving the pandemic as a reason.
