Today, I received the long awaited order.It took them 2 months to send my order and they ended up sending me a wrong item and also a belt is missing in another dress. I emailed them immediately about this and requested information about when they'll be sending the outstanding order and send a courier slip to return the wrong one. They were not even sorry, they kept sending me a general customer care response without addressing the problems. I also noticed I didn't like any of the 5 dresses I received. The company has really fallen from grace to grass over the years. Almost bothering on deception.
