If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been a fan of Annah Hariri for quite some time but never had enough money to afford their dresses. When I bought one on a mega sale, which perhaps I should have seen that as a red flag, I was excited at first because I was finally going to own one of these gorgeous dresses! However, a month, two, and three passed without even getting an email about delivery. I emailed them, and they gave me a long message about how COVID has caused them to cut down on workers, etc etc, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. It is now over a YEAR AND A HALF later and I have still not received my dress. I have emailed them a few more times, and got no responses. I even emailed them about giving me a refund and still nothing. I am beyond disappointed by this company. Even IF COVID hit them hard in the beginning, why keep having the sales on? Why keep taking orders? I am disappointed and so sad because as a convert I was really excited to get one of these dresses! The whole company 'ideal' sounds so great, but their business practice is awful. I am about to move which makes it even worse, I figured that the 1.5 years I spent in the same location was more than enough time to get my dress before I moved but I guess not. Order US90380
