I am so upset that I didn’t read the reviews before ordering from this company. I placed my order on 4/10/22. I received an email stating that my items were on the way that very night, along with a tracking number. I hit the tracking and it’s been sitting on label created for two weeks now. I sent emails to ask for a refund because I specifically ordered these dresses for the EID and I have to make alternate arrangements now since the month is almost over. In turn I received a computer generated email basically explaining that I have to wait indefinitely along with the penalty for refusing the package. I plan to report this company they cannot steal 300 dollars from me. I work too hard for my money. The worst part is they are marketing towards Muslims for Ramadan EID just to leave us disappointed at such an incredible time of year. May Allah rectify our affairs and punish these wicked people.
