After reading these reviews now I regret making my purchase here, it is a shame I thought this company was legit. With over 6000 horrible reviews about the same complaint you would think they would care to fix the issue but unfortunately this sounds like a huge scam! Hopefully we can action to report it to the BBB or have them banned from the US. The phone number on their site for US customers is a cell phone which was never answered. They provided a tracking number which says “item not received at the carrier “ which is the UPS. Which means they just created the label with NO intention of sending my packages!! I kept emailing them, first few emails they responded but they stopped responding and instead sending me an automated email saying not to forget to check out my items in my art, same items I already paid for a week ago. Horrible!n I will dispute with my bank by Wednesday if I don’t get my items. Eid Mubarak!
