We placed an order for Eid items for our families two weeks ago, but it still shows 'shipping soon,' and Eid is only two days away. This feels dishonest. We should not deceive customers who are waiting for their Eid dresses, only for them to find out they won’t receive them before Eid.
Additionally, they provided contact numbers in NJ, USA, as well as a WhatsApp number and email, but no one has responded yet. Allah knows best. This is not the way to do business or play with people’s trust. JazakAllah Khair.
