I never write reviews, EVER but this has been one of the worst shopping experiences of my LIFE. I placed two orders with this company. The first order (US69249) had three items and only 1 dress was delivered. I received a shipping notification that the other two items were shipped. The shipping notification was over two months ago and I have not received anything. I placed the first order over 4 months ago. I have sent multiple emails requesting an order update and the only responses that I have received are automated ones. I have checked on my order through their website and it says that my two remaining items have not been shipped. I have not received any updates regarding my second order (US87700). I am trying to be understanding of the delays because of the COVID-19 pandemic but at this point, I am seriously considering taking legal action if I don't get my items. I just want the clothes that I ordered. Stop taking new orders and work on your backlog.
