I bought two outfits at around $54.00 each on April 5th of this year. Annah Hariri did explain to customers that there would be a delay due to the pandemic. I was very supportive and agreed to wait. Then there was a delay because they moved. I received the first outfit around May 11th and never received the second one at all. What I don't like is that they have on my account "Completed on September 17th" which is the day after they said they would refund my money within 10 to 25 days. Why so long? Without a refund, it is NOT completed. I have sent numerous emails and their customer service is horrible. During this process, I would hear nothing for months, so I had no idea what the status was. It is October and this situation should have been resolved, but it has not. I will never purchase anything from them again, neither will I refer anyone to them.
