Following a disgraceful customer service experience with a retailer where I purchased the Duocore bamboo cot mattress, I decided to escalate issue on to Anstel. My complaint was handled by Daniel in the Customer Service team, in a prompt, professional and efficient manner. Thanks for taking accountability and action with a speedy resolution, given my baby is due in weeks..
