Purchase from Aosom was smooth and swift only downside was the delivery. We purchased a rise/recline chair and considering these items are primarily purchased by dosabled/elderly person then to have just kerbside (front door) delivery is a bit of a disappointment. I had to struggle to get the 2 boxes from front door to the back of the house (living room). When I purchased the item I did read that deliveries were kerbside but there were items sent via 2 man delivery but I couldn't find anywhere that clarified the type of delivery for the item we purchased until it arrived( well if there was I didn't find it.
