Return procedure overly complicated had to ask fur details on how to return 3 times. Had to be available gut collection for a full day waiting in at home for a small item , had to chase refund and then deducted £5 ( 10% of purchase price ) for the return which wasn’t advertised and then had to chase refund . Would not recommend or use again
