I've use apple products for a very long time, my opinion is a great product and I have never encounter a problem until end of lost month when I lost my iPhone 14 pro while on vacation. I called apple support as soon as I was able to, the first rep was nice however she was suppose to assist me to put my phone on lost but did not. I had no access to my Apple ID for about a week. When I get back to the US and go to apple to get guidance on how to submit a claim through apple care as I was having trouble doing it my self. I was told they couldn't help and call apple support. I did and spoke to another rep who was not able to assist, listen and horrible customer service, she then transferred me to a lead rep by name of Michelle (if this is even her name)this rep took call already with the attitude of ''What I can't do for you'', did not even look into my account, listened or event tried to pretend she understood my frustration of why I was not able to submit claim for lost phone. Rep stated there was nothing I could do as my lost phone was not able to be seen on my Find my phone there for I couldn't submit claim. I tried to tell her the phone was still visible on my apple ID but the just plain refused and ended call without my consent, her words were there is nothing I can do for you there for I will end all with or without your consent. This is the first time I have used the apple care coverage on any of my products, the first time I loose a phone and the experience was horrifying. I submitted a complaint through The BBB but so far no reply from Apple Inc.
