Someone hacked my apple account and created a recovery key i never created. I contacted Apple a few times and was given no solutions and bounced around. I offered information to prove the phone was mine but fell on deaf ears. A day later, my mother calls and was told to provide proof of purchase. I walk in apple who would not tell me still i could provide proof of purchase. It wasnt until i brought it up then the Apple rep tells me that would be all they need and present it to a manager when i came back. I went to the phone store and was able to locate the purchase on my phone account myself and went back to apple and showed them while i was actively in my phone carrier account. I was then told that they would just submit the form online and i had to wait up to 7 days WHILE who ever hacked my account has my every location STILL. I have/had apple tags in my vehicle. For me to show apple ALL my info INCLUDING proof of purchase and still not delete my account Apple can and should be sued. I only put live chat because it does not give the option to also hit in person AND telephone when ive done all 3. Recovery key is being used against their customers and for the head rep tell me they dont have my location when they do is sad. It says it on my phone.
