Initially, I bought my iPhone 15 Plus in October amidst the hype surrounding them at the time. I had overheating issues since day 1 and over the months they got progressively worse, I spoke to Apple Support upwards of 15 times and attended several in store appointments to be told there is nothing wrong with my phone and to jog on. Fasting forward to present, I was left with no option but to write a letter of complaint to the Apple Ireland Office and express my concerns about the disservice Apple was providing me and how upset I was at how I'd been treated, being a loyal customer for so long. They arranged me an express replacement, wavering the holding deposit for the phone as I'd gone through so much hassle. To find out, they're shipping me a brand new device from the Apple Online Store. Definitely a reason for me to stick by Apple's side for a little longer.
