My AirPods which I occasionally used after software update apparently started making very irritating noise in a transparent mode and in the noise canceling mode. Apple says that they don't care and we are beyond service window. Seriously? After you rolled out the update to make it now working? Is it intentional? Seems like the case when you slowed down your computers and forced people to buy new products.
Literally, because of this cheap issue you are ready to lose your face... Shame on Apple.
