I had over $1800 in fraudulent charges from Apple.com/bill. I don't even have any Apple products. After calling Apple to get a refund they informed me that they would be refunding me ~$1700 and it will take up to 30 days. Why I asked? Because they weren't going to refund the sales tax. How does that make any sense at all? The customer service rep sounded like she was almost laughing on the other end of the phone. I'm leaving it up to my bank who said they will be refunding me every cent that was fraudulently taken. Words cannot express how much I truly loath this company now...
