I bought a brand new iPhone 14 in July 2023. However, it started to have sound issues, and sometimes people cannot hear me on the other end. The Apple Store and Apple Support couldn’t diagnose the problem. The issue persisted even after my phone was reformatted. Eventually, a supervisor heard the problem and gave me a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement was a refurbished phone and even worse. Over the 3 weeks of use, it continued to have more issues: sharp sounds, background noise, echo ( I heard myself), and low or missing ringtones. I reported these problems to the Apple Store and Apple Support, but they still couldn’t diagnose the issue. The replacement phone was in very poor physical condition. They informed me that there was no warranty for the replacement phone and asked me to pay for any repairs or replacements. I questioned how they could send me a defective iPhone without any explanation. Apple not only has inferior products but also very poor customer service. If I could, I would give a zero rating.
