Worst experience with Apple phone, i am iPhone user from iPhone XS Generation till up to date (Purchased all). Purchased new iPhone 15 Pro Max 3 days back and i activated after 2 days, it came out to be defective. Approached Apple store for replacement, they just denied replacement and only offered repair. I asked why repair..? Its new phone and i have to adjust with repaired phone..?! I personally felt, now a days Apple started selling refurbished phone or might compromised with Quality of product. Note: Never buy Apple products, now planning to switch to another alternative. Apple case : 102390131420
