I bought an Apple Iphone 16 Pro Max, I did not open the box it was still sealed, UPS picked the handset up from my apartment which I had a confirmation email, a few days later it showed it had arrived back at Apple, I contacted them the day after and said this was a mistake the handset hasn't been returned back to us and asked for all the necessary documents to prove the item was picked up. ANYWAY almost a week later they received the parcel from UPS and they told me the box was empty! Todays date is the 12/11/2024 and after a weeks investigation with UPS they confirmed they completed a review with the carrier and they are unable to provide a replacement or a refund! Absolutely disgusting, never buy a product from Apple online! BEAWARE!!!
