I had an extremely disappointing and unethical experience at the Apple Store Dubai Mall. My USA iPhone 14 Pro started having issues after updating to iOS 18.2.1, including problems with the microphone, display freezing, and touch responsiveness. CASE ID :102529300239 Since my AppleCare+ warranty was valid until January 31, 2025, I was advised by Apple Support USA to visit the Apple Store in Dubai Mall for a warranty replacement. On January 24, 2025, I received a replacement device, but after checking my service history, I discovered that the original camera had been removed and replaced with a cheap, non-genuine part—without my knowledge or consent! This is not just a service issue—this is fraud. Apple promises to use only genuine parts, and I have clear evidence that the part swap was done illegally and without my approval. This kind of dishonest action is a violation of customer trust and Apple’s standards. If no repair is made or if the device is returned without any repairs being done, the customer should be fully informed, and the device should be either returned to its original condition or repaired properly.
