I could have left a zero I would have. Please don’t order anything from this company. I placed my order online, chose my delivery spot for the week after ordering. I immediately got a phone call off someone confirming my order and delivery date, tried to sell me insurance I declined. All was fine. Got an email the next day saying my delivery date was being put back by over a month. No phone call or real explanation. I emailed to check why, I got an email reply to which barely readable, poor spelling and grammar. I didn’t understand most it but got told I would still have my fridge delivered on the later date. I waited for my fridge then today 3.5 after ordering and 1.5 weeks prior to delivery I have been emailed ( not phoned) to say I cannot have my Fridge as they don’t have any. How has that taken nearly a month to realise you don’t have my fridge in stock. I have read the reviews on here and decided to cut my losses I rang customer services to get a full refund. The women didn’t apologise or explain barely spoke to me. Luckily I paid through PayPal credit so got my money back straight away. Disgusting customer service, not even offering explanation or talk me through what was happening. Only phone call I received was to sell me more stuff. Lots of places more reliable, competitive prices and use PayPal. If you want an appliance actually delivered don’t bother with this company, they obviously have no respect for their customers or any will to encourage people to return as customers
