useless customer service
I bought a Smart TV in October so less than 2 months ago. Nothing works now on this TV, the TV doesn't respond to the remote and its not the batteries I checked. Netflix doesn't work, it crashes, won't rewind or resume programme,nomatter how many times I click the remote I can't get the menu. Only YouTube functions on and now it seems I am going to be stuck paying for a TV that doesn't work for 3 years. I have called appliance direct to return but they have refused and told me its between me and the warranty provider. I have called the warranty provider to whom I pay a direct debit every month they said they cannot assist as this is not fall under damage or theft. Avoid this company at all cost. They are nice and efficient before and during a purchase but absolutely horrible after.
UPDATE- If you don't want to suffer a nervous breakdown and depression in the process of trying to get a refund NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Nearly 2 weeks later I am having to deal with them while I am in hospital with my 1 year old struggling to breathe and really. I have a disability and I carried the TV downstairs 4 times for their delivery person that never showed up. On 2 hour calls trying to resolve this. I am beyond passed.
