Purchased a cooker hood but website didn't advise it didn't come with a carbon filter. Instruction manual said they are available as an add on extra so after I attached the appliance to the wall, I went on the website and they were out of stock for 4-5 months. Surely this should be advised before a customer purchases the product? Contacted Appliances Direct and they weren't interested, closed case, and basically told me tough cookie. So beware anyone else. Don't buy a cooker hood without contacting the store first to see if they have the filters in stock if you need recirculating cooker hood, otherwise you will be left in a similar situation.
