Received an email to collect my item from the East Midlands store, turned up and was told sorry love will be waiting over an hour. What?? I got an email that it was ready to collect on the day I arranged?
Staff couldn’t care less.
Rang when I got home to complain, staff still couldn’t care less.
Got a phone call the next day your item is ready call us back and we will get it ready. So it is ready or not???
Tried to call the number given repeatedly but never answered. So turned up again the next day, item still not ready and still had to wait to receive it.
Shocking customer service, will not use again
