Ordered dishwasher on Saturday, paid for delivery and collection of old one three days later. Delivery men advised that a separate team do collections due to COVID. Phoned to find out when this was to be only to be told they don’t do collection service anymore, offered refund and suggested I phone the council. I would not have bought from them had I known that they wouldn’t be collecting. I strongly suspect they knew this. I asked to speak to a manager and was then told they would collect. This has yet to happen and I’ve received no confirmation of this to date. I’m not confident.
