Ordered an induction hob from them and had it professionally installed and checked after installation . The next day whilst using it, it cracked.
Contacted customer services with photos and they have said it must have been done whilst installing,(practically calling me a liar). Hamza from Customer services said in an email he tried to call me but no calls came to me or my home number so I'm afraid I'm not the liar. After a few emails to and from I'm stuck with a dangerous induction hob that can only be partly used.... Shysters
